At Vitastat Medical, every patient visit is given the time and attention it deserves. Because some appointments may take longer or finish sooner than expected, our live sign-in sheet helps provide a more accurate estimate of when you will be seen.
How It Works
- You may sign in from home, from your car, or once you arrive at the office.
- Your estimated appointment time updates automatically on your personal sign-in page.
- We recommend checking your sign-in page about 1 hour before your appointment. If your estimated time changes, allow it to stabilize and plan to arrive approximately 5–10 minutes before the updated time.
Please note: you will never be seen earlier than your originally scheduled appointment time.

Our live sign-in system helps reduce uncertainty and improves the patient experience by providing more accurate timing updates throughout the day. This also allows the doctor to spend the appropriate amount of time with each patient while helping minimize unnecessary waiting.
